Research Lab Experience 

Undergraduate students who are interested in behavior analysis are invited to apply to Dr. Kestner's lab for research experience. 

Dr. Kestner is accepting applications for undergraduate research assistants for Spring 2020.

Applications are accepted on a rolling basis, but students who are interested in the spring semester are encouraged to apply by November 15.

Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst Course Sequence (Revised 2017)

The Department of Psychology at WVU offers undergraduate students a course sequence that has been pre-approved by the Behavior Analyst Certification Board (BACB), which certifies professionals at the bachelor’s, master’s, and doctoral levels. Students that complete the course sequence and the experience requirements are eligible to take the certification exam to become a Board Certified Assistant Behavior Analyst (BCaBA). Note: The course sequence below meets the verified course sequence (VCS) requirements for those who sit and pass the BCaBA examination BEFORE January 1, 2022.

The department of psychology is currently considering the upcoming 5th Edition requirements from the BACB.
